Description

ACT Subject Math Section from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
Whether you’ve decided to prepare with a book or a tutoring class, you should plan to prepare approximately 3 months in advance of your test date. This plan provides time to review the tested content and learn strategies for all the question types covered by the SAT. An advantage of this approach is all reviewed material will be fresh in your mind on test day.
Option two would be using the summer before your junior year to prepare. Summertime affords more time to learn strategies and do the practice without the stress of homework and other academic and sports commitments during the school year.
If you decide to prepare months before your test or use the summer for test prep, the best start to any program is a diagnostic test that will reveal what concepts, rules, and strategies will give you the most effective tools for score improvement.

The ACT Math Test usually breaks down into 6 question types: pre-algebra, elementary algebra, and intermediate algebra questions; plane geometry and coordinate geometry questions; and some trigonometry questions. Our Math subject session provides guided review and practices over these questions, along with strategies and tips to prepare the student for this section of the ACT test.
