ACT/PSAT/SAT Preparation

Districts and Schools

Our mission is to provide a fun and engaging learning environment that enables our students to build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve their highest possible scores on the ACT, PSAT, and SAT.

As an advocate for educational advancement, we have developed a comprehensive and innovative test preparation program to equip students with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in standardized testing. Our program is tailored to complement your existing curriculum, providing a strategic approach to assist students in preparing for the ACT, PSAT, and SAT. We understand the significance of these assessments in shaping students’ educational journeys and are dedicated to aiding your district in ensuring that students are well-prepared to face these challenges.

We understand and remain current on ACT/PSAT/SAT score college application requirements. We know and explain the difference between Test Required, Test Optional, and Test Blind, making it easy for students and parents to understand what they need for a complete college application.

We understand and remain current on ACT, PSAT, and SAT changes. We adapt our programs to new question types, formats, and platform changes. With the SAT going to its fully digital format in March 2024, duplicating the recent changes to the PSAT, we have adapted our sessions to give students the most effective tutoring possible. The ACT has announced that a digital version will be available in July 2024. While they have said the format is not changing, there is a skill to go from a paper test to a digital form. We make these adaptations to keep our tutoring effective.

Our programs are designed to meet every student’s unique needs. After conducting a diagnostic test and discussing the student’s goal score, we recommend the most suitable program. This ensures that students work through the most effective program for their desired outcome. With this background, we can combine our options, materials, timing, and strategies to create the perfect program for your school district.

Our Test Preparation programs focus on content review, strategies, and question practice. We include homework with our sessions to help solidify what has been covered. This will give your students a solid foundation in every aspect of the test and material to solidify what the session focused on.

We develop and offer different ACT, PSAT, and SAT preparation course levels based on the student’s base score, such as our Scholar SAT program for students starting with a base score of 1280 or above. Every student that has completed this course has achieved their goal of a 1500+ score.

Our sessions include official College Board and ACT material, including recently released tests. This, combined with our experienced staff, leads to higher test scores and better college admission outcomes.

We have two diagnostic tests in our program. The first is for a base score. We will provide a second test prior to the end of the program to determine what students need to review and solidify during the final session. Both of these we will share with parents. We are using released ACTs and SATs during sessions that will give us an accurate representation of how students are doing each week with concepts. This provides data we can provide to the parents and to the District.

We will be using Canvas to communicate with students and parents, upload homework and any additional materials needed after a session, and update feedback on sessions. Since the students and parents are already familiar with this system, this should be a flawless integration for both.

We can adapt our programs to any timeframe, over seven weeks or just a few weeks. These are excellent options to schedule leading up to tests.
